ًOver 200 student and junior mentees, and mentors who are veteran engineers in the hi-tech industry, attended the 2025 mentoring annual event, where they enjoyed mingling with an open buffet, followed by opening remarks from our CEO, Maisam Jaljuli, and our partners: Edmond De Rothchild and Bank Hapoalim. While the mentees joined round tables facilitated by four of the mentors, other mentors attended a lecture given by Dr. Ola Kattoura, clinical social worker and lecturer, specialized in the field of trauma, on developing resilience and building leadership.

The event ended with a panel of veteran engineers from four leading companies: Dell Technologies, Nvidia, Microsoft and Meta, who discussed how AI was changing their daily life tasks, as well as opening jobs and opportunities for juniors.
