A Message from Our CEO: Securing the Future of Our Shared Home

Shared Resilience: Turning Challenges into a Forward-Looking Engine

In a year that tested our very foundations, Tsofen-Tashbik didn’t just survive; we evolved. We chose partnership over polarization and innovation over stagnation, turning the profound challenges of the past year into a powerful engine for growth. By integrating AI-driven training and forging groundbreaking national partnerships, we are ensuring that the next generation of Arab talent isn’t just ‘ready’ for the market, they are leading its revitalization.

From Resilience to Evolution In a year that tested our foundations, Tsofen-Tashbik proved that our shared resilience is more than a value; it is the essential engine for Israel’s economic growth and stability. We have all navigated a landscape marked by profound challenges, from global economic shifts to the deep pain and uncertainty following October 7th. Yet, in the face of these trials, I have witnessed something remarkable: the unwavering determination of our community to choose partnership over polarization, and innovation over stagnation.

Leading the Revitalization through Innovation This year, we didn’t just survive; we evolved. We have actively explored new, groundbreaking partnerships designed to create a more robust national platform. By integrating AI-driven training and deepening our industry connections, we are ensuring that the next generation of Arab talent isn’t just ‘ready’ for the market, they are leading its revitalization and shaping the technological frontier.

The Coaches and the Stars At Tsofen-Tashbik, we view ourselves as the ‘coaches’ on the sidelines, providing both the guidance and the stage. However, the true stars are our mentees and mentors. As you read the stories of Rami, Karin, and Yair in this newsletter, you will see the faces of this resilience. Their journeys remind us that when we invest in human potential and bridge geographical and social divides, we aren’t just filling jobs; we’re securing the future of our shared home.

A Unified Vision for a Shared Society Beyond our programs, Tsofen-Tashbik is home to a committed community of Arab and Jewish engineers, united by shared values and a common purpose. Together, we are not only striving to create a diverse and inclusive hi-tech environment but are also working to build a better, more just, and thriving Israeli society.

Thank you for being our partners on this vital journey.

 Maisam Jaljuli, Tsofen-Tashbik’s CEO
