Join our dynamic mentoring community and lead a significant change in the careers of students from Arab society in the high-tech world.
Why Become a Mentor?
Each mentee is paired with a mentor – an experienced engineer from the hi-tech industry – who examines their needs, boundaries, and challenges that may hinder their employment and integration in the hi-tech industry. Throughout the program, mentor-mentee pairs meet, enrich each other, learn together in workshops, and primarily improve each other’s skills. The mentor advises and guides the mentee, offers solutions to challenges, while the mentors develop and utilize their mentoring expertise. Together, mentors and mentees create a supportive professional and social community of Arab engineers in the industry.
Today, the program involves hundreds of experienced mentors in the hi-tech industry, some of whom are former CEOs and current executives in leading companies.
